    Three people stuck in flooded tunnel due to sudden heavy rainfall

    On several locations in The Netherlands, thunder storms and heavy rainfall are causing floods. This morning there was so much rainfall that the streets of Arnhem and many basements were flooded also a number of elevators stopped functioning due to the water. The tunnels in Arnhem were closed off for traffic after a car got stuck in the water and three people needed to be rescued by fireman.
