Learning & Action Alliances
Learning and Action Alliances (LAA) are open, problem-centric fora of public, research and private organisations that deal with the challenges faced by urbanisation, climate change, public expectations and current policy and practice as regards flood risk management.
Each MARE Region has set up an LAA that includes:
- Local authorities (MARE cities)
- Regional and national level authorities
- Knowledge partners
- Other stakeholders
